We are working according this initiative already several years. In our T&C we have conditions that Agencies are obligated to use client money ONLY on same client booking (not another clients bookings). Otherwise Agencies actions could be considered as violation of our T&C and additionally as a Criminal offence in the EU wih all legal consequences for the Agencies. This condition should be applied from all charter companies to protect clients mostly from Internet platforms which are most problematic in last few years.
