An aliance where we have the boats fully booked, and you get 30% commission. You also know who we are, and NEVER AGAIN have claims.

If bookings exceed the 5 in a season, 30% is valid for all the bookings of the agent. In this way we can build a trustworthy cooperation between us. I ll be happy having flags of BCAA to put on the masts of the BCAA charters.

We would like to join your initiative to fix prices for all business partners (have same conditions for everybody – charter companies, agencies and also for online platforms) and fix fair commission. We are working according this initiative already several years. In our T&C we have conditions that Agencies are obligated to use client money ONLY on same client booking (not another clients bookings). Otherwise Agencies actions could be considered as violation of our T&C and additionally as a Criminal offence in the EU wih all legal consequences for the Agencies. This condition should be applied from all charter companies to protect clients mostly from Internet platforms which are most problematic in last few years.
